Prayer for the family - a Declaration


Copied from 40 days of fasting by Father CK 



This is my declaration over my family:

Abba Father I call on Your Name. I know the plans you have for us as a family. Plans to prosper us and give us peace. Plans that we should call on the Name of the Lord!

You will let us find You and answer our prayers. Therefore I renounce, reject, cancel & cast out all evil directed towards my family by removing all uncleanness.

Destroy all family bloodlines back to Adam and Eve and 10 generations ahead. We don’t allow approve or tolerate any evil to come our way in Jesus Name. Amen.

New Year New Beginnings Happy Birthday to me

This far Lord you have brought me and all I can say is THANK YOU.      Today I am quite a different person from that skinny inquisitive kid who wouldn't rest until I got all the answers.  Now I have learnt that some things are better not to know that the less you know the better you are. I have learnt the different fights to  take, those to leave and those to fight on another day. I  have learnt that we don't have to agree to be friends that even if you are my friend you have your own opinion.  I have also learnt that there are friends for different reasons and just because they did not visit you at the hospital when you were sick it does not mean that they do not care or that they love you less.  I have learnt that I need to be independent strong and self sufficient but I also sometimes need guidance and being led by the hand.  It has been a long journey and the horizon is still far but thus far I have learnt a lot of life skills and the difference it has with a lifeskills.

Thanks Giving List

I have been always thankful for the things I have but its always at a very general point of view, so today after talking to a colleague a thought crossed my mind to put this list together of the things I am thankful for. This is going to grow and I am sure will never fill since I have so much to be grateful for. 1. Health   I am 44 years old, all my faculties are pretty fine, I hear well, I see well, I am fully healthy I can walk I can run I can use pretty much of all the parts of my body after all these 40+ years. 2. Love I am talking of being loved and loving back and I have had this experience in all its forms, in the naive thinking of love solves all heals all and all the shenanigans, in the intelligent and calculated form of give and take and in the understanding of maturity that it is ok not to have it. 3.
